Obeya Summit 2026

In this paper, Van Tilburg-Bastianen (VTB) and AgileWalls describe the implementation of Obeya within a large-scale aftersales service organization with sixteen locations. The case shows how Obeya functions as a connecting instrument in which human judgment, team safety, and collective intelligence come together with performance management, operational steering, and strategic execution. The contribution shows how qualitative improvements in collaboration, focus, and decision-making demonstrably contribute to sustainable performance, and how VTB is taking the next step toward more quantitative performance evidence. We also want to showcase one of the TB Obeyas on stage to take the audience into daily practice.
