This session introduces Build Obeya Fast, a practical approach that uses AI-supported vibe coding to drastically shorten the lead time from strategic intent to the first usable Obeya. Rather than replacing Obeya principles, AI is positioned as an accelerator that enables rapid prototyping, early feedback, and learning through use.
Drawing on real-world experience, we demonstrate how AI tools can help create Obeya MVPs in minutes, enabling leadership teams to engage with real visualizations instead of abstract concepts. The session combines live demos, concrete examples, and facilitated reflection on where AI adds value - and where human judgment, dialogue, and collective intelligence remain irreplaceable.
Participants will leave with a clear understanding of how to responsibly integrate AI Vibe Coding into Obeya design while preserving its core purpose as a system for alignment, decision-making, and learning.
