About me
Ajdin Causevic was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina where he also at- tended the primary school. Be- cause of the war that took place in Bosnia and Herzegovina between 1992 and 1995, Ajdin was forced to leave his homeland and fled in 1994 to the Netherlands.
In the years after Ajdin completed his Bachelor of Business Admin- istration and started in 2003 his business career.
Ajdin is a passionate and ambitious personality with a high level of per- severance and bringing strong leadership balancing team spirit and personal relationships while maintaining a strong focus on get- ting results. Strategic and concep- tual thinker.
With his open, honest and accessi- ble way of communicating, Ajdin easily connect with others and with his calm and respectful manner he ensures the stability in the profes- sional relationships.
Since 2022 Ajdin is COO of ING Lease Nederland. As a member of ING Lease Management team for Netherlands the primary focus of this role is to create and execute ING Lease strategy into an organization that shows operational excellence. Managing several operational Lease sub domains (34fte) that provide business support in the area of Lease financing products. Responsible for change initiatives, digitization and automating all operational processes in order to make ING Lease more efficient, effective and scalable. In this role Ajdin has been a fierce ambassador for introducing Obeya.
