About me
Bertus Groenewegen is an Obeya Coach and entrepreneur with a strong passion for IT and visual leadership. He has designed and built Obeya rooms and visual management systems for organizations such as Aegon, Essent, the Dutch Customs Authority, the Police and DICTU. In these complex environments, he helps teams and leaders make strategy, bottlenecks and progress visible, enabling better alignment and decision making.Alongside his coaching work, Bertus is committed to spreading the Obeya way of working internationally. He believes Obeya is only truly understood when people experience it themselves, in their own context. By combining learning by doing with the smart use of AI, he lowers the barrier to getting started with Obeya and supports organizations in creating shared understanding and focused action.
