Halvor Evensen is a project developer and an independent researcher who is currently developing research projects around the fields of systems thinking and visual collaborative architecture for his associate company, Institute for Learning Organizations, and the research collective ALIOS (Accelerated Learning in Organizations and Society). He is currently the project leader on the recently funded project from Telemark County called Scope 3 Obeya, where we are aiming to investigate the drivers and barriers in the process of reaching Scope 3 targets (climate targets in supply chains), to further see how we can develop a competence program that can support these companies in the process.
Halvor just finished his bachelor's degree in Innovation and Project Management at Østfold University College, where he wrote his bachelor's thesis in alliance with UN Global Compact. Here he did a comparison study between big Norwegian and Japanese companies to see which drivers and barriers they experienced in the pursuit of committing themselves to Science Based Targets (SBTi's).
