About me
Jessica Goss is Project Lead of Met Mij at Eindhoven Engine, where she leads the development of a human-centered AI system supporting citizens with limited literacy in navigating fragmented social support services. Her work focuses on building socio-technical decision systems that combine real-world user interactions, cross-organizational collaboration, and AI-assisted decision support. She has a background in Human-System Interaction and works closely with social organizations, representatives of the target group, and technical teams to translate complex societal challenges into operational, learning systems.
