Ron works with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Leading with Obeya, guiding organizations through agile transformations and continuous improvement.
What drives Ron is creating real, sustainable impact. He believes the combination of SAFe and Obeya is a powerful one: SAFe provides structure for scaling agile ways of working, while Obeya brings strategy and execution together through clear visual management.
