About me
Sarah is a strategic management consultant and Obeya practitioner with a background in connecting organisational strategy to day-to-day execution in complex environments. Working at the intersection of Lean management, portfolio governance, and behavioural change, she has guided leadership teams across professional services, financial services, and technology organisations in making their strategic decision-making more visible, rhythmic, and cost-disciplined. This research paper - examining whether the Obeya can reduce strategic waste through visual cost transparency - was developed in support of her Obeya Association Mentor certification and represents her core conviction: that the room in which decisions are made is as important as the decisions themselves. She is a co-founder of DEEPRED, a consultancy and training company that specialises in (agile) strategy execution and visual management.
