About me
Anthony is a strategic advisor and Lean practitioner with deep experience in financial and professional services organisations. He has worked with executive teams on portfolio governance, programme investment decisions, and the cultural conditions that determine whether strategic management tools produce genuine behavioural change - or merely add process overhead. His contribution to this research was grounded in his practical understanding of how scope and cost decisions are actually made inside organisations: not through formal governance frameworks alone, but through the quality of information available at the moment of decision. At Flynth, Anthony was instrumental in creating the organisational conditions that made the pilot possible, and his insight into the anchoring effect in practice informs the qualitative findings the team will present at the Summit.
