I am Shaurya. I work at the intersection of strategy insight and execution, helping global organisations turn complex signals into clear decisions that drive performance.
My experience spans foresight platforms, executive workshops, and large-scale adoption across FMCG and technology-led environments, with a focus on how humans make better decisions inside increasingly automated systems. I approach Obeya as a cognitive and governance discipline rather than a visual management tool. My work shows how structured clarity, shared truth, and human judgment can coexist with AI-driven workflows to improve speed, alignment, and organisational value creation.
