About me
Tessa Flantua has been Director of Area and Real Estate Development at the Central Government Real Estate Agency (Rijksvastgoedbedrijf) within the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations since 2024.
The Director of Area and Real Estate Development (GVO) is responsible for developing government land and real estate to achieve spatial policy objectives, such as the housing construction challenge. The tasks for this directorate stem from policy proposals regarding where and how national control must be strengthened on themes such as the transition of agriculture, the generation of sustainable energy, and the acceleration of housing construction. In doing so, the directorate ensures the strengthening of the central government's implementation capacity.
