I have led large-scale transformations, PMOs, and cross-functional programs in organisations such as Booking.com, Dentons, and BNP Paribas, often working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people. In my work, I focus on bringing clarity and structure to complex environments while keeping a strong emphasis on human dynamics, trust, and everyday execution.
