Venue - DeFabrique
DeFabrique is one of the largest events and activities venues in the Netherlands, located in the edge of Utrecht. DeFabrique is centrally located, close to Utrecht and along the A2 highway. This makes it easily accessible and parking is free.
Public transport & Shuttle bus
Various trains from both Amsterdam and Utrecht stop at our local Maarssen train station. There will be a shuttle service from and to Maarssen station both before and after the event.
Alternatively; DeFabrique is a mere fifteen minutes’ walk from the station.

Parking
If you are arriving by car, park in one of our 700 free parking spots. Our professional parking assistants will receive you and assign a spot to you, to ensure that you can park your car smoothly and get started on your day without any hassle.
Hotel Options
For Summit attendees we have a special deal with a nearby hotel. Once you register (staring 1 April 2026) you will receive the discount link to book a hotel for 125 euro per night for a double room, single use. Of course you can arrange your own accommodation in the buzzing city of Utrecht. It is a very pretty city and convenient to travel to and from, also when you want to explore Amsterdam (from Utrecht to Amsterdam is only a 30 minute train ride).
Refund Policy
We’re looking forward to welcoming you at the Obeya Summit.
Please note that all tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or travel-related issues.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague or another participant. Please inform the Obeya Association in advance so we can update the registration details.
In the unlikely event that the Obeya Summit is cancelled or postponed by the Obeya Association, tickets will remain valid for a future edition of the event. Refunds are not available in this case.
