About me
Koen is a results-oriented management and transformation consultant with strong analytical and conceptual abilities and a hands-on mentality. He has extensive experience guiding large-scale transformations and continuously improving customer satisfaction, quality, and costs in customer, business, and change processes across various sectors. His passion lies in ‘integrally helping organizations on their digital transformation path,’ fueled by his background in Business Administration, Change Management, and Marketing.
He has mastered concepts and methodologies such as Lean (Startup), Obeya, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, Serious Gaming, OKR, Prosci, and Design Thinking, and has developed a strong vision regarding them. His professional motto is ‘innovative improvement’ combined with ‘insight, results, and people.’ His personal motto is ‘when life gives you lemons, bring some salt and tequila.’ Koen lives near Leiden with his wife Marjet and their two daughters, Elin and Liva. Koen has a passion for sports (following and practicing), reading (books and articles), watching (films and series), and traveling.
